Our business, built.

Nest.IQ builds and operates premium corporate residences in India through joint ventures with developers — they bring land, building and capital; we bring brand, operations, technology and the moat: guaranteed occupancy from IKAN's 30-year enterprise network. Nest.IQ is the place; IKAN is the reason it's always full.

Note — the live platform opens only from the deployed link or a local server (it loads assets from absolute /platform/… paths, so double-clicking it from the filesystem shows a blank page).

What we've built

Intelligence — Market Research, Competitive Analysis, TAM/SAM/SOM (every figure cited; nothing invented). Strategy — Business Plan, Business Model, Financial Framework, Investor Strategy, GTM & Lead-gen, Roadmap, Vision. Brand — the full Nest.IQ identity. Pitch decks — generic + Embassy-tailored. Website — the public marketing site. And the product — a working platform to browse, view and enquire on residences.

The strategy in 90 seconds

India's GCC boom is bringing millions of enterprise jobs and a recurring flow of global talent needing 30–180-day homes — concentrated in our six target cities. Yet <15% of the rental market is organized. Today's market splits into hospitality-led operators (inventory, opportunistic demand) and mobility-led aggregators (demand, no inventory). No one fuses owned-grade inventory + captive demand + intelligence. That's the category we create. For Embassy: we don't pitch "we'll operate housing" — we bring guaranteed enterprise demand + the immigration/relocation wrap, complementary to Olive.

What we need next

1Your feedback — especially on the Embassy deck and the product. This is the live opportunity.
2Trademark + domain clearance for Nest.IQ (the name is tokenized — easy to change).
3The JV structure decision (Diwakar) — unlocks firming up terms.
4~12 financial inputs to make the model live (in the Financial Framework).
5Green-light the Embassy meeting — the ask is a Bengaluru pilot JV.
